Accessible Spare Parts Program: Improved two-wheel tractor and pumpset spare parts accessibility in Rupandehi,  Nawalparasi, Bara, Parsa, Rautahat Districts. Partners: AIRC, VII, Maiya Foundation, CIMMYT.

 

Three-wheel alternative rural transporters: Designing, testing and disseminating various models of 3-wheel transporters for rural areas (modeled after the very successful Bangladesh local motorized 3-wheelers). To date one machine sold and two more being demonstrated. Partners: VII, Babu’s Iron Workshop Maiya Foundation.

 

Four-wheel alternative rural Transport: Aiding in manufacturing and dissemination of 2-wheel tractor trailers (to date 50 manufactured and sold). Partners: VII, Babu’s Iron Workshop, Maiya Foundation.

Alternative Rice Crop Establishment: R&D support for Zero-till Transplanted Rice crop establishment
