IN January and February 2007 NAEF's Ashok Chaudhary and Scott Justice lead a two-wheel tractor training of trainers for 2-wheel tractor mechanics in Mazar-Sharif, Afghanistan for Joint Development Consultants, an NGO based in Mazar Sharif. More than 12 mechanics and engineers took part from Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Solidarities Afghanstan, JDA-Afghanstan and local area workshops.
